Pressure Cooker Applesauce

1/2 cup water
Apples - washed, cored (don't peel unless you want to)

Put washed, cored apples in the pressure cooker along with the 1/2 cup of water and heat up pressure cooker until it starts whistling.
As soon as it starts whistling take off stove and let it cool down naturally (ie. put on a cool burner and walk away for about 10 minutes).
Mash apples in pressure cooker with potato masher then put the apples in a blender. Use blender on pulse until it reaches desired texture.
Store in fridge for up to 7 days or in freezer for up to 12 months. Can be canned (follow manufactures instructions).

Too easy.
